The celebration of life becomes more formal. Grandparents play a very important part of celebrating life. They teach us the essence of celebration. Grandchildren learn to interact with their grandparents. This can be avoided if children are sent to india to celebrate the festivals with their grandparents. Even if it would mean even for a week.
Language is a very important aspect of our culture. It builds the stickiness of being indian. Most children loose the ability to speak the native language. Children need to be encouraged to communicate in the native language as a lot of fun is shared in the native language when they happen to visit india.
Living abroad provides the basic comforts and a better opportunities to grow for our children but we ought not to forget our children need to learn the art of celebration.

Past expereinces cannot effect us unless we let them to .
Current information of events can be managed by being aware of the current .
But how do ur beliefs influence our thoughts ...
Some of the most myth in our beliefs is it is natural have tension. Now lets change this belief ... It is not natural to be tensed. What would happen on accepting this belief. We would practise to more relaxed . We would try to play some music , go out on a short vacation etc.
I am not so lucky another commen belief. Everytime you face a obstacle we dont have the energy to face up to it. Thoughts are energy. A positive belief i am lucky person would make us look at alternatives to find a solution.
We limit our lives with negative thoughts with negative beliefs . Change the the belief to change your thought pattern.
How to do this ... with a 1 min meditation every one hour.
Begin the day with thought management . After we get up we close our eyes and focus on a single thought " It is not natural to have tension, I am going to be relaxed today"
We do this every hour for one min to remind ourselves of our resolution. This belief will directly influence our thoughts.
Thoughts create> Actions create> Results
